Monica’s Excel won’t launch
When Monica opened Excel, it gave her an error message that a file cannot be found. When I connected in to her computer I noticed it was the same issue another user in Rancho Bernardo had yesterday. The error message only happens when she was opening Excel from the NAL. When I launch Excel from the START menu, it opens up but it opens up like it’s just being opened for the first time even if she had been using Excel all this time. After that, Excel opens just fine from the NAL. I wonder if the MS updates causes this bizarre behavior.
