Janet Frank got locked out of Windows
Janet came back from vacation. Somebody else was working on her computer while she was gone. When Janet tried to login her computer, the login screen had the other person’s info on it. Janet put her names on the login screen but she was not sure what her Windows username was. After attempting to login a few time she got locked out. She called me while I was driving to the office. When I got into the office I found out she was putting in the wrong username. After putting in the right username she was able to get in fine. However, she probably locked out somebody else in the process. The system automatically unlocks accounts after 15 minutes so it shouldn’t be a problem.
